Offseason conditioning

Over 6 weeks, athletes will focus on:
✅ Proper Sprinting Mechanics (Form is everything!)
✅ Explosive Starting Power
✅ Agility & Change of Direction
✅ Endurance & Conditioning
✅ Strength & Injury Prevention

Program Details:
👤 Ages: 6-19
📅 Date: Dec 9th - Jan 13th
🏃 Sessions: Tue & Thur 5:30-6:30 PM

📍 Location: Middletown
